Who we are

What we collect

When you book a call or a GTM audit, we receive your name, email address and your answers to the booking questions, such as your company name and website. When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. When you buy something from our shop, the shop collects the details needed to process the order. Our shop has its own policies, linked in the footer.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, run the call or audit you booked, prepare proposals and deliver the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it for us

We use Cal.com to schedule calls, Google Workspace for email and calendar, and our online shop to take payments. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or provide our services, and for any period the law requires, such as for invoices and accounts.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email us at nish@businessimplified.com and we will reply.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
